I heard that it is Polish custom for topping pizza with ketchup as opposed to tomato sauce. Not surprising, since many other countries follow the same guidelines and use varying condiments. The most popular condiment in China, for example, is Thousand Island dressing! (ewww)

I'm personally not a fan of ANY fast food chains developed here in the U.S. and spread (unfortunately) throughout the world. Strictly a purist when it comes to enjoying the local fare of a particular country or region.
