My grandfather was born in Fedorki Ukraine in 1890, it is close to Ternopil and once said we have another surname, Zmud. His sister went back to Ukraine in 1936 to Odessa, she was Katherine Dinesuk, husband John. My grandfather's name was Basil Karasevich. Did you find any interesting info when you went to Poland?
