Travel / Traveling to Tczew [6]

I am traveling to Tczew, Poland. (South of Gdansk, Poland) from April 25 thru 29.My purpose is to do a little bit of genealogy research my family came from Tczew back in 1892. What I would like to know is where can I stay in Gdansk and Tczew and does anyone know of an interpreter I can hire for a day or two. I figure this is my one chance to see Poland.I need as much advise as I can get.

Since I can neither speak nor read polish this is going to one fun trip.
