Polonia / Dubai-any Polish Associations? Polish speakers? Need some help... [15]

Hi, we need some help with reading a few Polish documents from time to time. We have some investments in Warsaw. Was just wondering if there are some Polish speakers in Dubai(we live near Ibn Battuta Mall) who would be able to help with this.
