Genealogy / Joe Podosek, Polish uncle from Krakow [2]

A couple of years ago my great uncle passed away. Because of family difficulties that started before I was even born, I didn't spend as much time with him as I would've liked. But when I did visit I was blown away by this man. His name was Joe Podosek, and he was from Krakow, and he and his brother escaped Poland during the war. His story was horrific and I had alot of respect and admiration for him. His married family lives in South Wales and Devon in the Uk, but I'm interested to see if there are any people out there who would know of anything about the Podosek history? Or if there is any where I can go to find out myself. thanks in advance x
