Language / A slow and casual method to get started learning Polish? [8]

Hello,

Quick question:

I am EXTREMELY busy with my military pilot training..definitely far too busy to sit down and study language books and tapes. I am, however, interested in learning the language of my ethnic background (Polish, obviously). Does anyone know of any slow and casual method to get started? For example, meeting up with someone for a coffee or drink once a week and just learning through interaction and conversation.

Just a thought.

Where do you live?

Texas/Oklahoma border

.. or hire a tutor

That'd be a bit pricey and involved for the casual way I'd like to get started...again, just due to time constraints and the fact that most of my brain bytes are busy with flying :P

I'd suggest a polish girlfriend then.

I've thought about that, haha. But I don't think that my current GF would be too happy about that......

USA, Canada / Polish Language Resources in NW Florida [5]

I currently live in the NW Florida area and am attempting to learn Polish. I have unlimited access to many self-taught programs like Rosetta Stone, but would like to add some formal training or at least in-person time work. Anyone have any ideas?
