USA, Canada / What's easier- Working in England under Polish or Canadian Citizenship [15]

Thanks for all the info. A friend of mine, who is just Canadian, had to wait 4 months for a work permit.
I think it would be easier to work as a Polish Citizen. I currently work as a public servant, here in Canada. Im not too sure where to look for good work. Any advise?
