Life / Need to get registered for Nip number. [14]

Hi, like i said I need to register for my Nip No. I am living in Krakow one year now, & i dont have a clue where to start, any help would be fantastic (where to go what to do). Really what i need is to get My Resendicy here i want to be able to pay tax & Insurance, to be able to attend Doctors, stuff like that. Thanks.. Oh Ye im Irish (M)...
