Study / Going to college in Poland? [4]

Here is the deal. Currently I;m on second year of electrical and computer engineering here in New York but would like to continue education in Poland. I do not even know where to begin my searches, any would willing to give me some pointers?

I was looking at Politechnika Warszawska since they offer the same course in English and some other related in Polish, regardless I was born in Poland and have Polish citizenship but as you can see been out of the loop how the admissions work in Poland. Emigrated long time ago.

Would they accept all the credits I have gotten so far? Would I have to pay for it? I read on the website that I would only need to pay for courses that are in English. There is not much more information beyond this or I just can't find it.

Can anyone enlighten me how to start the process? Thank You.
