Genealogy / Name Identification from an old passport [17]

So, this name came up in an old passport I found, and now it's just a matter of figuring out what it says. I've made a guess as to the name, but I won't say so I don't sway your opinion before you can make your own. I figured somebody here would have a better idea of what name this is, if they're used to seeing names like this...almost like me being able to read the name "Katherine", even if the writing isn't that good haha.
