Anyone Heard of this Polish Pastry? [6]

I'm assuming from the phonetic sound that you are talking about a cream cheese based dough cut in squares, filled with fruit, nut and/or cheese filling, with the dough folded from two opposing corners over the filling...Yes, that is of what I speak. Thanks very much.
These are available in many bakeries, including large supermarket (Giant Eagle) bakeries in Greater Cleveland. We have a large Polish/Polish descent population.Although I am liviing in the NYC metro area now, I spent a good amount of my young adulthood in the Chicago area and am somewhat familiar with Polish cuisine.
I'm just two generations from Ellis Island arrival & LOVE the Polish food I grew up on. Like most any good Polish food, kolatchky are labor intensive to make but you can 'gum drop' them down like potato chips. You should be able to find a recipe in any decent Polish cookbook or on line through a Google search.Probably a bit too intensive for me. I'll leave the cooking to the experts. :-)
Thanks again.
