Travel / Now Gdansk is tipped as a hot spot for 2009 [24]
Please don't talk about "customer service skills". Tourists should learn at least the basic of language first. Who wants tourists in Gdańsk? Oh they don't seem to care about this lovely city.
It's kinda annoying when you're walking down the crowded street (because of tourists) and you hear someone speaking a different language.
please be more welcoming. improve your customer service skills even if the tourist can't speak in polish
