Life / Insuring a car for over 90 days with an English insurer? [16]

Hi there I'm planning to move to Poland with my g/f in the summer and plan on taking my UK registered mini to Poland, I need to insure the car but can't seem to find an insurer, I have heard that Axa have a policy but I can seem to find it online...are there any other companies that people may know of?
