Language / I want to write/read/speak fluent Polish! [60]

My Polish isn't great, and I would love to speak, read and write fluent Polish. Have you guys/gals got any advice. Thanks! :)

Thanks for the advice so far ppl! :) Unfortunately, there are no Polish girls nearby or at my school...at least who are my age! Therefore there is no chance of me getting a Polish g/f. :(

I will be sure to check out the grammar section.
