Real Estate / Selling a land in Poland. Taxes and capital gain question. [2]

I owe land in Poland since 2003, and now I will like to sell it. Need some informations about taxes an capital gain??? in Poland and USA. I just read, that if a person owe land for more then 5 years, will not pay taxes for selling land or capital gain.??? I purchase my land in July 2003. I pay taxes for my land in Polans.What next???

I am Polish and USA citizen and I live in USA.

Real Estate / Selling Land need advice - high voltage power lines on there [3]

I believe that You need to get in touch with a Company witch lay those cables, or Utility Office in this region. I have same problem in Poznan, were "RUROCIAG PRZYJAZNI" pessing my property in about 1/2km, that is what I did. I went to"Soltys" and got all informations. They must know with whom You should talk. Sorry for"my"english"
