Life / How to change a name on a Passport when it is a result of a divorce [4]

Thanks for the humour. I really do need some advice on this though.

I am recently divorced and wish to return to my maiden name on my Polish passport. I was divorced in Switzerland where my court documents are in French. I have already changed my name in my US passport

The Polish Embassy in Bern have indicated to me that I would need to register my divorce with "Urząd Stanu Cywilnego" in Warsaw. My questions therefore are:

- Does anyone have experience in registering divorces that have been done outside of Poland?
- What should I expect
- What documentation do I require?
