Genealogy / went to medical school in Wroclaw; looking for my cousin(s) [5]

I'm a Pol-Am, who went to medical school in Wroclaw during the Commie days. I met my cousins for the first time during that time. We lost touch and I lost their address and telephone number. I very much want to contact them. Besides their names and occupations, I also know the town in which they live. I'm all Googled-out. I need help.
