Study / Study IT in Poland - schooling and English class [6]

I'm a Vietnamese student, i want to be to study abroad in Poland, about IT (network sercurity).Can you help me which school is best for IT and can I attend to the English class before joining the class this school? Because my E not good. i want to learn English first.

and i dont understand "zaoczne" and "dzienne" ?? what does that mean?
