UK, Ireland / Tracking a package from Poland to the UK / Delivery time [3]

is it possible to track a parcel sent to the UK from Poland if you have a number? I tried Royal Mail but they say they can not track a parcel sent from abroad. Is there an equivalent to Royal Mail track and trace in Poland?
