Yup....NI has just as many yucky places to live in as anywhere

Antrim, small town,17 miles from Belfast.
Yucky places...exactly!That's why I want to move from here as soon as it's possible..

No,it's not too bad ;-) and I'm sure there are worst places ;-) I live in catholic area, safe for me,friendly neighbours...but...

This is protestants town, most areas are protestants, just a few are catholics or mixed.Marked areas, everywhere flags, painted (on british or irelands colours) lamp posts, kerbs etc.

There is bad history,too.

Real Estate / Managing Buy-to-Let Properties in Poland [27]

I had a flat in Poland just to let ..and also I had still problems. It's not easy to let flat/house when you aren't there. It's a long shot.

Unpayed bills,problems with occupants etc.
I was really happy when I sold it.

You know..I don't like Belfast city.I was there many, many times and I really don't like it. For shoping, for visit ..ok..but not to live there..

I never was in Glasgow, maybe Balfast looks familiar, but I'm thinking about small, nice town where I could move ;-)

UK, Ireland / Invisible influx - Brits not easy to mix with Poles? [30]

I find this also quite hard to understand when they have young children in tow as it gives the impression, possibly wrongly, that they're not intending to teach their children English either.

I agree with You in 100%. My English is really bad,but I'm not worried about my son's English. I don't teach my son, becouse I'm sure I would teach rubbish, but when he will go to school his english will be very good.I hope.Kids catch everything very quickly.
