My Polish boyfriends surname is Binkowicz and I was wondering if anyone knew anything about this surname??

UK, Ireland / Polish shop owners in in Aberdeen [7]

Wondered what you lot thought about this...
Where I am in Aberdeen (Scotland) there is currently 3 polish shops/deli's (that i know of) Which is great for all the Polish migrants HOWEVER i know of a few Scottish people who have been refused service because they are not Polish!! They were actually told that they wouldn't be sold anything from the shop as they are not from Poland!! Unbeleivable! Surely shop owners would want as much business as possible?

I'm a Scottish woman living with my Polish boyfriend... (yes I've now been to Poland!) the only thing I don't get is that my boyfriend seems to think that it's ok to get so drunk that he can't walk every weekend... He says it's the way Polish men are but i don't believe him... he's such a bastard to me when he's drunk but so lovely when he's not... what should I do? We live together just now and are trying to find a new flat together...
