Try to take your american blinders away...mongrel country USA is fairly new, the ancient peoples of Europe are not!

In the US it's getting so the majority of people have some latin american, african american, asian or native american mixed in with whatever they got from Euro.

Germany, Poland and Russia can never be pure :)

during the centuries?
Did he tell you about the many regular pogroms against easily identifiyable Jews?

Yeah but they eventually got conquered and had to share.

The Germanics got never conquered but in turn "sacked" Rome some centuries
later...lot's of Italians have now German ancestors!!! :):):)

And Europe goes further back than the Roman Empire...germanic tribes were already roaming Europe far before them! The Celts and the Gauls also had their distinctive ways already...Europe wasn't exactly waiting for Rome!

The first tiny settlement was around 312 in Köln...my they must have been busy to become the ancestor of all Germans till now! :):):)

But contrary to the aforementioned ethnic groups who are mainly Europeans and which I would proud to see in my heritage the Jews don't belong to Europe (the Egyptians neither, mind you)!

But I'm sorry to disappoint you, most Germans, most Europeans have no jewish ancestors! Their numbers were always just to few and the political environment was seldom friendly or accepting to intermingling, they were most of the time isolated, hated and mistrustet...that is a fact!

There were of course always those Jews who gave up their religion in exchange for a chance of a better life or unable to resist the pressure on them any longer but as I said before - they assimilated into their host nation, to become German, French or Polish, not Jews anymore!

Your family must have been catholic at some point since you are Euro.

Well...my family must have been pagan at one point since I'm Euro!

Over thousands of years this has happened. Catholic church wanted everyone to be catholic and tried converting. That's what the Crusades were all about. Many jews in Europe converted to catholicism and married Europeans who were not jewish. Where do you think you get catholicism? It's from Jerusalem. All of Europe has a jewish influence that some of you deny why I don't know. WHAT EXACTLY IS YOUR ISSUE??????

Well...I for one are not catholic and I can't say I'm a fan of what once spread from the ME...it was a disaster and still is IMHO.

What you just said was that many Jews intermarried and converted, meaning they assimilated. They vanished!

The Jews were most of the time a shunned, tiny part of the host nation. They lived mainly in their own worlds...
In Germany for example by far the majority lived in some few big cities only whereas most Germans lived till after the war mostly on the land.

Intermarriage was surely NOT the norm!

As far as I know the Jews in German numbered even at their height under a million (900.000 - and that even included those who only had 1 jewish grandparent!) to nearly 80 Million Germans...and what do you think Ghettos and Stetl's were for?

Germany once had a small colony in what is now Namibia...some blacks made it to Germany...does that mean that most Germans have now black ancestors???

Because you confuse "aryan" with "nordic"!
You can have brown hair, light skin and blue eyes and be "aryan" too...
There are 3 to 6 sub groups to the germanic race, nordic being only one of them!

no, in the south they can be fairly dark complected. A lot of people don't realize that.

Hitler himself had brown hair/blue eyes...people realize that!
You aren't "aryan" with blond hair/blue eyes only...or it would leave out 50 to 60 percent of the germanic race!

German demands sent to Poland on 25 Aug 1939 were the following:

* The return of Danzig to Germany

* Rail and road access across the corridor between Germany and East Prussia

* The cession to Germany any Polish territory formerly of pre-WW1 Germany that hosted 75% or more ethnic Germans

* An international board to discuss the cession of the Polish Corridor to Germany

In Germany they had the impression Poland denied any negotiations because of the british and french guarantees!
Maybe Poland should have at least tried...

Na ja....on the other hand you openly demanded the sacrifice of uncounted british soldiers during their hypothetical march through Germany...which would amount to suicide actually and wouldn't help you one bit I fear.

It might may you feel better but these soldiers, these armies would be sorely missed later.

GB should have made clear that this guarantee can't contain extraordinary military help - but Poland should have known that by pure logic too!

You would have gone through the Netherlands, to Hannover, Germany, than onward to Berlin. I am sure you would have had to capture Hamburg, too.

Britian didn't do anything only because they feared the public humiliation and ridicule of a possible defeat against Germany so they didn't even attempt.

Hmmm....saving one's soldiers to fight another day, with a better chance of winning, is more like it...
