USA, Canada / The 2nd Amendment (USA), the right to own guns [261]

Can I have nukes?

gun version? i think we're using nukkular waste in bigger shells currently but if there is demand for the small calliber, i am sure your (our) friendly firearms industry will give you what you want.

USA, Canada / The 2nd Amendment (USA), the right to own guns [261]

It is harder to get a gun in the US now because they check your background, etc. I used to go to gun shows all the time years ago and you could buy anything from anybody without questions. Now the law has changed making it more difficult to own firearms.

that's not entirely true.. if you buy from a licensed gun dealer then you have to jump all the hoops and basically have your weapon registered with the gov.. if you buy a private party, you don't have to do anything except exchange of the goods.

In the modern day, I think it is a priviledge.

nope.. it's on 'that god damn piece of paper,' is it not?

he can sue you for a lot of money.

well, you got the answer from bubba but you can also say that you were in fear for you life and free you stay. :D

USA, Canada / The 2nd Amendment (USA), the right to own guns [261]

This is the actual language of The Second Amendment - now some may say that all it says is that a "regulated Militia" has a right to bear arms, or is it "the people"?

notice the comma.. it's 'the people' that have the right to bear arms.

I do not know why you need an Uzi in your house.

defence but why not take it out to get some fresh air.. maybe i should be telling you that you don't need those shotguns then.. there are bows out there, you know? you could also kill just about anything with a knife, rambo style, so maybe you don't really need the bow either.. what do you think?

Hanguns are another matter. I can see the arguments of both sides. But I support people owning hand guns. I can only see that if the hand guns were taken away from all people, the honest ones will turn them in, but the criminals will still have theirs.

and this argument doesn't hold true in regards to ak47 or an uzi?

USA, Canada / The 2nd Amendment (USA), the right to own guns [261]

But those people own them illegally, and will still have those guns if Hillary gets her way or not. All she will do is take them away from people who have done nothing wrong with their guns.

seems to be the opposite in Australia since the recallection of guns. hmm

however i agree with you.. i like my guns and don't you thread on my ak47 or m16 rifles.. just because you labeled them as assult doesn't make them so, 'K?!

Take away the guns, and they'll still kill. Why don't we just outlaw knives, and blunt objects, or send people to prison for making a fist. Better yet, lets all wear bubble suits so we can't pick anything up to kill each other with. Take away the cars, ropes, and anything that can be used to kill.

guns are easy and super deadly.. knives just aren't as effective and anything else requiring extra work is just too much as most peeps are too lazy to do that. alsoo other means require extra time, thus time to think and reaccess the situation.

there are plenty of guns in canada, more per capita then US could ever dream of.. everyone has guns up there.. but they don't shoot each other as much.. it's a cultural thing.. americans still think it's the old wild west here... and it is not.

This internationalism cause that they are closer to communism theory than Putin in my opinion. I have lived under communism and now I live under Brussels bureaucracy. If you disagree then share with me your arguments.

putin is a de facto dictator.

The US is called in the closet socialism

US isn't even close to socialism.

Your peeps must be well off in russia to be able to use the net Most have to go out of the house and use it .

and the chief of the old KGB.

What do you expect from the president of the communist party?

one, i'd say yes but no the other.. they both tell me that many peeps are more hooked up the west seesm to think. russia is not as backwards as they are perceived.. very dangerous way of thinking on our part.

As for oil, look at the oil controled
by Russia.

right.. .the contol some of the areas we wish we did plus they have plenty of their own crude inside their own borders.

Venezuella is probably the most one to watch right now Someone needs to interupt that Chavez .

highly dangerous thinking.. i think we're making a huge mistake by giving this guy more credit then he deserves.. his own peeps put him in his place not long ago.. we should watch, for sure, but interveaning is asking for more trouble then it's worth it.. btw, chavez is not a commie.

Watch out Yank, theres a Red under yer bed...BOO!!!

lol.. exactly. :D

It looks as if the communists are going after control of the oil rich areas .

why do you think US is in Irq and the -stans?

No one expected that now did they?

maybe not to the extent it did go but i think it was kind of expected that's why the sour feelings immediately after yalta.

i don't think PL is any danger of communism but defintiely PL need to be very wary of Putin and the russkies.
