Saturator was a trolley which sold sodas during the times of communist Poland. They used to be practically everywhere.

Kasiu saturator was a machine for creating Soda, it basically filled water with gas, sometimes they added juice or stuff, in times when Poland was really poor and there wasnt many treats out there people sold this on the streets the way kids in US sell lemonade.

I dont really think it ever entered the politics, though given our current government i'd ceirtanly vote it for president :)))
