Polish reenacting/Living History

I've been involved in Polish reenacting for the past 15 years or so (mostly WW2) and have been fortunate to meet many others both in Poland and here in the US who also participate in this sort of thing. I was wondering if there were any other members here who are also reenactors/Living history-type folks? If so, what is your focus?

Also, If there's anyone here interested, there is a forum similar to this one that deals with Polish reenacting and history in general, all are most welcome to join and participate!

Nice to see someone else here interested!
Initially I focused on the 1st Independent Polish Parachute Brigade as that unit has always fascinated me for both military and political reasons, but over the years I've ended up assembling several different impressions as the group I'm a part of expanded. In addition to the Para Brigade, I have impressions for '39, AK, 2nd Corps, and 10th Dragoons/1st Armoured Division.

I was under the impression that there were several thriving Polish units in the UK?

There are a few small groups, mostly 1st Independent Polish Parachute Brigade at present, there are plenty of people who "do Polish" as a secondry impression though :)

I say lonely in comparison to the seemingly thousands of 101st airborne Div and, well, lets be frank,German groups :(

Good on you blokes for bearing the torch.

I have relatives in Warsaw who apparently have a factory that makes Polish military czapska's. All things going well, I'll be going there this year. I'd be happy to check if they have any older style czapka's for your groups. I cant promise anything though.
