"The Struggles for Poland" - the documentary series, where to find?

Does anyone know where I can find a copy of the documentary series "The Struggles for Poland?" It aired on PBS in the late 1980s. I remember watching it as a teenager when I first began to develop an interest in my Polish heritage. If I remember correctly it was rather well done. I'd love to watch it again, but I can't seem to track down a copy. I'm sure it's out of print, but there must be some copies somewhere.

Thanks, W

I remember seeing it myself at that time. I tried to Google it, but even Amazon and eBay did not have it...somewhat surprising. I agree, the series were very well done.

It's possible that Polish video rental stores might have it (taped from TV). :)
You might give it a try, if live close enough to Chicago or New York.
This website has a lot of polish history and refers to "The Struggles for Poland".

I have the book by Neil Ascherson, quite an interesting read.

Documentary "The Struggle for Poland"

There is an archived thread discussing a PBS documentary "The Struggle for Poland" by Neil Acheson. I've found a set of VHS tapes on Amazon for $100+. I would be interested to know if anyone finds a reasonably priced set, especially in DVD. Thanks.

My wife's stepmother has a show on TVP. If it's get-able, she can get it. I'll ask.
