Kostopol History

I am looking for a basic history of Kostopol.
Can anyone suggest a source for this information, preferably in English, but I'll take Polish if need be.
I can't read Polish but I can get someone to translate it for me.

Do you know the region/location of this town? There is more than one such name.

It's the City of Kostopol in Rivne. I have attached a map of Kostopol as a reference point with this forum posting.

I found a book on this web page, and a description of it appears below.
Is this book mainly about Kostopol, or about Volhynia and Kostopol together?
Perhaps the book is about the history of both Volhynia and Kostopol?
Also, it looks like the book can be ordered from the email address at the bottom?
I haven't found it for sale on the Internet.

POLECANE:

Pani Agata Margraf kilka lat temu, po śmierci męża (1997 r - Stefan w poz. 7 wykazu w Małyńsku -adm) , rozpoczęła pisanie wspomnień. Przeżycia w dzieciństwie , szczególnie okres wojenny, spowodowały potrzebę przelania ich na papier. Urodziła się w 1929 roku w leśniczówce, 15 km od Kostopola (w gajówce Natalia, gm. Aleksandrja, pow. Równe -adm). W Kostopolu spędziła dzieciństwo, wychowywana przez siostrę swojej matki i jej męża. Tam uczęszczała do szkoły. Szczęśliwe lata przerwała wojna. Dotychczasowi przyjaciele szkolni i podwórkowi stali się z dnia na dzień wrogami. Głód, strach, choroby, nieustanne ucieczki towarzyszyły każdemu przeżytemu dniu. I to najgorsze – śmierć ojca, dwóch sióstr, ukochanego wujka. Książka zawiera pełną wersję drzewa genealogicznego Rodu Margrafów od 1799 do 1996 r. tj. 197 lat i 7 pokoleń.
