Be more specific & give full names, year of birth, where they lived (USA? What State?) & what records you have obtained so research isn't duplicated.

This is a real stumper! Although Kaldosz looks Polish (perhaps also Hungarian?) no-one in today's Poladn bears this surname. Even nothing close is found including speculative spelling variants: Kałdosz, Kałdoś, Kaldoszcz, Kałdoszcz or Kaldoż

Stanley Kaldosz was born in 1882 and died in Bellaire, OH in 1952. He is my daughter's [Rachel Kaldor] great grandfather. His son, Joseph C. Kaldor [an 'r' replaced the 'sz'] was born in 1918 and died in 1980 also in Bellaire. Stanley's brother, Joseph Kaldosz, born in 1885 died in 1945, also in Bellaire. Joseph Kaldor had one son, Michael, and four daughters, Phyllis, Josephine, Eleanor [deceased], and Rose Marie; all of whom live in Ohio. While Poland's been noted, the family says they've also heard Czechoslovakia and Hungary mentioned as where their family may have originated.
