Seeking confirmation of grandmother's birthplace - Gesice

I am doing family research and trying to determine from which Gesice my grandmother, Petronela Bernat, came - I have found two villages of Gesice so far on Internet maps.

I have baptismal / birth document which states she was baptised in 1890 by pastor of Roman Catholic parish Zbiliztka of diocese Sandomierska. Based on map study, I believe she lived in Gesice of south-east Poland, rather than south-west - but can anyone confirm locations for me? I have no history on her parents other than their names - Anna Tironiow and Anthony Bernat. I am working from translated document.

Also, if I ever wanted to visit, which is airport closest to my grandmother's Gesice?

Thanks! Cheryl Milanoski Gage

Chances are it was the Gęsice in the east, since that in Lower Silesia was part of Germany prior to 1945.
If the eastern version is correct, then it is now a village in Świętokrzyskie voivodship (province) in Sandomierz diocese and part of the municipality of £agów.

If this is correct, you can get a glimpse of the church they attended at:
