Researching surname of Sopel from Drohobyczka

I am researching the surname of Sopel from the village of Drohobyczka. I have been told to write to the parish for more information but I don't know which Catholic church they attended. Can any one help me?? Please I have been doing this research for months but there are so many obstacles that I am coming across.
