Kataryna - | 36 29 Oct 2007 / #4The only Piotrowski I know of was a John Piotrowski who came to the US in the 1915 era and worked as a coal miner. He married my widowed great grandmother sometime in the 20's, after my grandfather was killed in a mine explosion in 1919.Wish you luck in your search. There are a ton of Piotrowski's in the US, along with Petroski.

macks73 25 Jul 2009 / #14My Husbands family are all Piotrowski's....His Grandfather came out to Western Australia from Poland after the WW2 in about 1950..He was born around 1918 around the Krakow area..His name was Michael Piotrowski..He used another name other then Michael but changed it as it was easier for people to pronounce...He was married to a Teresa (unsure of the surname)...His first born was Peter Piotrowski...He then had a Edward and Henry Piotrowski both born in Australia...Michael Piotrowski died 27/10/07..
