Does he look Polish?

Hopefully this picture shows.
I...as in Me, thinks this guy (David Walliams) Kinda looks Polish. Mainly focusing on his eyes. I think he has Polish eyes (Polish guy eyes -kinda small-):)

I dunno ...do Polish people have a type of eyes?

Even though he's British, he kind of looks hispanic to me. I don't know why. I've seen a lot of hispanic people who look like him. He could also pass for Spanish. Just my opinion.
