Well, there are Kapuściarz's in Poland, 26 in nowosądeckie, 7 in krakowskie and 4 in bielskie regions.
There is only one (1) Kapusciarz in Poland in nowosądeckie region.

Unfortunately its in Polish only. Just type in the name you are looking for and click "Szukaj" (Szukaj = search)
