Looking for Jargosz family

My paternal grandfather was born in Borowa, Galicia, Austria March 19, 1876. His name is Jozef Jargosz. What is the origin of this name? Where can I get records of his marraige in Borowa? I never find any similar names in any geneology data bases here in the US. Any ideas?
