How "Polish" Am I? My grandfather was Polish and came from the war to England.

My boyfriend is always calling me a polish......so and so.
BUT, am i actually Polish? My grandfather was polish and came from the war to England.I was born in England so,would i be quarter Polish or nothing really? thanks xx

as long as you are not pure blood they will continue to call you polish. or else you have to hide your identity by changing names and all sorts of things.

even many indians are born in england, legallly they are british but people will always call them asian british

Hmmm... if you're from Poland you'd be Polish. IMO of course. Others may disagree. I think you just have some PL roots/heritage and that's all. Were both of your parents PL?

Your surname is Pilipczuk? If yes - it sounds Polish, and it is. But I don't know if you're Polish. Your grandpa was Polish, so you can be quater Polish... Actually it's hard to say, I think.
