It it s abull witha sword going through it head...my colors or yellow and black....its a knights helment witha yello grown witha knights hand witha sword

it says Grabinski on top, poland

I know it means "owl" and a geneolgy search thinks it could be Sowka But as far as family knows it's Sowa Is there a crest or any help on this common name
