What the hell is the holiday keilbasa fresh sausage?
A local brand of Polish kielbasa?
Adduck bought some to have a taste and noticed some red stuff in the product.
What can it be?
hmmm... chilly peppers? In Polish kielbasa???

It must be an individual take-off not rooted in Polish culinary tradition. In America some people fill pierogi with that ultra-mega-unPoilish cheddar cheese. Does that make them traditonally Polish?!

perhaps biała kiełbasa is meant. We season pork with a little beef with ground onion, crushed red pepper, garlic salt black pepper. My grandmother made this and I still do. It is the fresh white sausage . Our family uses this at Easter and on Christmas day only.
A word of advice;
Make sure your pork has enough fat. A pork butt works well. I just bought 5 lbs of ground pork from my butcher.. It was too lean.. Even the dogs would not eat it. I then bought a pork butt and ground it myself and made delicious sausage
