Hi all again,

Does anyone know of anywhere that sells Irn Bru? I am currently in Lublin and I am desperate to find some, as my supplies are running low!! Have tried a few supermarkets but no joy as yet.

Thanks in advance

As they say you can take Scotsman out of Scotland but you can never take Scotland out a Scotsman!!!

Hi I am not far away, in Pulawy, and I lived in Lublin for four years and have never seen it in this area, but I may have an answer.

Take some rusty old nails, add some cheap fizzy drink, shake it (IMPORTANT, DO NOT OPEN AT ONCE), leave it over night...and jock's your uncle, you have authentic Irn Bru.

enjoy ;)

It is not available in Poland anymore. As noted above, there was a big(-ish) advertising campaign featuring Doda but that was back in 2005/2006 but the drink flopped and has since been pulled from the Polish market. Apparently it is fairly popular in Russia, so you might want to think about a trip to Lvov to see if the Ukrainians like it too.

I wonder if the "Boycott Scotland" campaign has much effect on Irn Bru sales. I've noticed that they stopped stocking it in the drinks machines at work a few weeks ago... hmm...
