OP Ranj 21 | 947 8 Jun 2007 / #4OMG, it's delicious! I have had the store bought.....first time I have ever tasted was in middle school....my best friend was from New Jersey and introduced them to me.I used potato, cheddar cheese, and a jalepeno in the middle......out of the oven, I topped it with sour cream and salsa......mmmmmmmmmm!!!!!!!
Shawn_H 8 Jun 2007 / #6The jalapeno and salsa doesn't sound very "traditional", but it does sound very good.(insert smiley licking lips)

pennyroyal999 1 | 15 10 Jun 2007 / #9When I make potato pierogis I add a little (very little) finely chopped mint and it gives it a really subtle herby taste. Thanks Ranj I will now have to make some pierogis next weekend, you gave me a craving..
