Hi! I am looking for a recipe my grandmother from Poland used to make on the farm.
She would serve it in squares and I don't remember if it had any cheese in it, but there was butter and graham crackers crushed.

This was about 40 some years ago.
Does anone have a similar receipe?
Thanks.

graham crackers are from poland so its entirely possible that this is indeed a traditional polish recipe and not some inprovised american hash

graham crackers are from poland

I thought they were from the Keebler Elves and made in trees???? Of course the elves may have their tree house in Poland....

Graham crackers in Poland? I've not been able to find them. We enjoy making S'mores during summer language camps. Chocolate is easy to find in Poland, marshmallows are yet impossible, but no luck in grocery stores I've been to finding graham crackers. I'd surely like to hear more.
