Equipment in polish cuisine

I have an assignment for college to write about polish cuisine. I need to know if there is any particular/ specific equipment used in polish cuisine for example: For Chinese cuisine they use woks. Has anyone got an answer for me?

I don't think so, but I'm definately not an expert.

Maybe a machine that minces meat. I know this can be used for making Kiełbasa or gołomki.

rolling pin is still used quite often for making pierogies, home made pasta and baking.

The shifter is also an essential tool. It is used for powder sugar, to accompany many of the mouth watering baked treats.
