You most probably can't. The best place to try would be Kuchnia Swiata (the best one is at Arkadia) but I very much doubt that they have it. A better solution would be to go to ostrakuchnia.pl and buy some sauces and/or peppers and make your own Bloody Mary mix.

Thanks Harry for the tip. Nice website by the way will certainly try the other products they have. But nothing like the original Mr and Mrs T, hope can find it somewhere.
