How to post pictures/avatars

I have been trying sometime already to post a new avatar, or a small picture, but it just won't. it does not give any error message or anything.

Any ideas anyone?

Avatars need to be less than 5 kb and less than 100 in height and 85 in width.

Profile pics less than 50 kb.

If you need me to explain more i will no sarcasm.

New avatar use Shrink pictures.

Posting pictures can be a little tricky but here are the sizes.

ONLY the following file types and sizes are permitted to be uploaded:

* JPEG/JPG - maximum of 100 Kb
* GIF - maximum of 100 Kb
* PNG - maximum of 100 Kb
