Hi Admin,

Was recalling this from Php.

Whereby I start a thread, I can delete off topic threads in threads that I start only.
This way it helps mods as the thread leader wont want off topic and can delete off topics.

Perhaps just for gold members also?

i don't think so... you can't just dump my wise word at a whim.. nobody will post in any of your threads.. ever.

That's an interesting idea.. but it's likely it wouldn't usually work as expected (we don't live in an ideal world ;). On a busy topic where the thread starter participates I can imagine numerous messages like "TopicStarter, remove that post!" etc. Also, while post could be removed, the topic starter would (ideally) also have to remove other posts that quote the removed post and then it would not be possible..

i've seen this done on another forum.. short lived it was.. believe you me, it's way more trouble then it's worth, especially here where the house is full of nuts.

I have also seen this on other forums. It doesn't work, because it starts even more conflicts. But I think that everyone should be able to delete their own messages.

True true, I'll head back to the drawing room, to the drawing board and draw... new drawings :)
