Hi Pawel! NO NO NO!!!! No Polish Clubs babe! How old r U? ... Not making jokes here .but there r only 2 Polish clubs in Sydney and they certainly do not cater for young generations. If U r over 60 > will love it!

Seriously, why not trying the cool venues in Paddo and Darlo? R U new in Syd?
Can help > used to live there. Know places.

trish, you need to get out of the nutshell that is sydney.

in melbourne we have a yearly polish festival held centrally in melbourne: polishfestival.com.au

there are also dziupla's (dances) held every month/2 months as well.

and polish communities all over melbourne.

Hi, I'm in Sydney almost 3 years, have a little 16 months old girl and expecting another baby. Husband - English. Don't know many polish people here and definitely don't know any mothers with polish background!! Am looking for some polish mothers group or playgroup but can't find anything. Any ideas?

Also I would like to get a Polish friend of mine a gift. Preferably a book about Australia, written in Polish. Is there a good shop I can visit that would sell such things? Thank you!
