Is it possible to pay tax yearly on a few one off payments to my account?

Alongside my main work, I have a very modest business with two or three invoices every month. These invoices I account for and pay tax on monthly.

I also have a few one off payments to my account, less than 100pln for small jobs.

Is it possible to pay tax on these irregular payments yearly? It would be far less hassle for me just to add everything up one time a year and pay a one off sum instead of monthly.

Is it ok? Nobody will slap my wrists a few years down the line?

You should do it monthly. You might get away with pretending they're all in the last month of the tax year and declare them then, but that would be illegal and potentially risky, especially if your tax office is a smaller one where they pay more attention to things like that.
