As Asian how to find job process in Germany as currently working Poland (Europe union),any suggestion what to approach and how?

First - it's good to know at least basic German, although English is a nice asset already. Then it depends on the skills and your luck, check the website (in Polish - put into translator to read the offers)

You meant how to find a job in Germany? The same way you found it in Poland. Additionally you can apply for jobs not advertised internationally on websites like monsters.com, but on local portals like it-jobs.de/m You should be using translate.google.com to understand offers written in German.
