do you really have to outregister and go through the form to send them what they want plus your umowa o prace or whatever (also is it just full time or also part time that covers medical in Poland?) or can you just not to anything and it will automatically switch over in their system that you are covered by a new employer?
basically if you dont do it or send them the outregister form an d scan your umowa or whatever and go through all that bullshit, what will happen?
