but please leave me out of it.

Novi can be like a mental rapist at times. They should lock him up for a few months to cure him of this nasty predilection.

your silly notion about Poland being inferior to Canada

Nobody is arguing the unarguable. Canada is two grades higher and that's the end of it. Nothing to debate here.
My point is that even if both were the same, her isolation is the only thing that matters. And, of course, the child abuse of taking them from Grade A to Grade C - Grade C being Poland, a country that, according to pawian, is governed by a neo this and neo that aka PiS.

A direct quote: You mean neobolsheviks from PiS?

Is this the place for Canadian kids to grow up in? Really?

One of the Polish problems is that they want to argue no matter what you say. Say 2 plus 3 equal 5 and they will say that depends or why are you trying to insult me?

Canada v Poland, no contest.

You didn't say which one won. By now, on this forum, I assume nothing.

I have an assistant from Canada (born in Canada, parents from Nigeria). He tells Canada is not a dream, Germany is better. Perhaps could Poland also be better but not for him I am affraid.

I notice the OP hasn't returned to this thread and who can blame her.

@PlantMamaPol, the advice to listen to on this thread so far is from Jon (Brit), Maf (American) and me (Irish woman married to a Polish man). We all have the experience of living in Poland as 'foreigners' and adapting to the culture. Lenka is also a sensible person but as she's Polish, she obviously sees things from a different perspective ;) As for the rest, take them with a giant pinch of salt.

It shows her great good sense that she recognized a dry well so soon...

She recognized the egoism of her husband and told him to cut the crap out.
Her parents told him that he is an idiot, too, and that there is nothing in Poland worth moving for after they read pawian's posts about PiS, rightards, abortions, and gay hate. Not progressive enough for Canadians.
