Your favorite USA kiełbasa?

I have never tasted Polish American kielbasa , but judging the best levels of American cuisine I would guess that it was good.
Here in UK we only get genuine Polish stuff and it is pretty damned good.

I've never had kiełbasa in the US (or I may have had something... called that but I don't much remember it)... I mostly didn't like sausage (apart from some Italian style sausage) until I came to Poland.

Anything made in Poland I can get in Chicago:)

Absolutely, its the same recipes from Poland and I think the food is better than some of the restaurants I visited to in Poland.

The best pierogis and globaki Ive ever tasted were in Chicago.

The quality of meat is superior in the USA compared to mad cow meat of Europe....hahaha

Actually, being Friday... Ill probably take a trip to the Polski deli again, see what I can find:)

Boars Head is better than lets say Hillshire Farm but compared to some of the best kielbasa in CT and MA, it pales in comparison. Kind of like comparing generic cold cut ham to a Smithfield ham. Just not in the same league. Try Janik Sausage in Enfield CT, Martin Rosol and Krakus in New Britain CT to find out what good Kielbasa is all about.. The texture and flavor can't be beat. Period.

Even better is Dietz and Watson,there beef & Pork Polska kielbasa or just Beef Polska kielbasa is the best.

I like the Beef one better then the Beef & Pork one.
Thumanns has the worse.
